These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the purchase of meal plans or related services. By using the website or submitting an order / enquiry, you agree to these Terms.

1. About these Terms

This website is an advertising / promotional page for our meal prep services. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Meal plans are food products, not medicines or medical treatments.

2. Eligibility

To place an order you must be over 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract. Delivery is available in Australia (see Delivery information).

3. Order process

1. You select a meal plan, provide allergies / preferences and a phone number.
2. We may contact you by phone to confirm details, availability, price and delivery before finalising the order.
3. A contract is formed only upon confirmation of the order (by phone, e-mail or in writing).

Submitting an enquiry form does not guarantee acceptance of an order.

4. Prices and payment

We will confirm prices before accepting payment. Unless stated otherwise, prices include VAT where applicable. Payment methods will be confirmed during the call. Promotional codes may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

5. Product information and allergies

We take allergen labelling seriously. You must tell us about any allergies or intolerances when ordering. Although we take due care, various allergens are handled in the kitchen and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Stated nutritional values are averages and may vary.

6. Health, joints and mobility notice

Results vary between individuals. Our meal plans support a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, including joint care and mobility. They do not replace professional medical care. If you have health issues, are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical care, consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms, timeframes and areas are set out on the Delivery information page. Risk passes to you upon delivery (or collection, if agreed).

8. Cancellation, pause and refunds

See our Refunds & cancellations policy. Consumers may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website (including unauthorised access, bulk scraping or introducing malware). All content (text, branding, images) belongs to us or our licensors and must not be copied for commercial use without consent.

10. Advertising notice

This page is a paid promotional advertisement. Reviews and testimonials are illustrative customer experiences and do not guarantee the same results for everyone.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be limited under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from a single order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
